Suzanne works with adolescents (14+), adults and elders.   Her specialty areas include anxiety, depression, coping skills, communication, divorce, transitions, grief/loss, infidelity, life balance, life coaching, mental health, relationship and connection, relationship Issues, self-esteem, sexuality, suicide ideation. 

   Career counseling is helpful for individuals who are thinking about or starting their careers.   The career coaching/counseling component is helpful for high performing individuals with balancing career and home, and/or helping individuals who are transitioning within, and out of careers.   

Addiction/recovery counseling is helpful for individuals struggling with substance use, trauma, impulsivity and unhealthy coping mechanisms.   Suzanne specializes in addiction/recovery counseling and is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC).  

Suzanne works with couples using Emotion Focused Couples Therapy alongside Gottman Method and Attachment Theory.  Couples counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection in all stages of their relationship.  In addition, she is a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator.  

Suzanne is an experienced speaker and available to come to your school, business, or community event and speak about various mental health and wellness topics.
